Voting is a political action, a right and obligation of citizenship in our nation, and also one of the most powerful ways that we put faith, hope, and love in action. Abbe Kennedy, a member of our congregation (St. Paul’s United Church of Christ, Woodstock), spent a day with her grandchildren last week. One of the things they did was carve a pumpkin. Below are two photos of the finished project, one proudly displayed in her yard.
