But anyone who needs wisdom should ask God, whose very nature is to give to everyone without a second thought, without keeping score. Wisdom will certainly be given to those who ask. James 1:5
One of the first things to get at Great Wolf Lodge is a magic wand at the Magic Quest Market Place (MQMP) so that you can play multiple digital treasure hunts during your stay.
Marie-Helen’s wand wasn’t working the next morning so we went back to the MQMP to get it fixed. Apparently taking it apart when you should be sleeping, and putting the batteries in backwards disables the device. The “Wizard” (aka salesperson in wizard garb) fixed and she and I were off to continue the quest.
At one point, although she followed the correct steps, she was locked out of the final step. We repeated the steps again, and got the same results. I told her I had no idea what to do. She took my hand and said, “Nana, let’s go ask the Wizard. He’ll know what to do.”
Off we went, seeking wisdom from the place of all wisdom, the MQMP. The Wizard knew what to do. I was pleased that as a six- year-old, she was wise enough to use a source of all wisdom at Great Wolf Lodge. And reminded that when you don’t know what to do, I can go to God for wisdom.
